This 48.5 acre park is located in Barrie’s northwest corner and was originally home to the Barrie Country Club. Today the park features playground equipment, the Dorian Parker Community Centre, the Barrie Arboretum, parking, and great trails.

It is a popular year-round attraction for nature lovers, keen photographers, picnickers and winter sports enthusiasts.
The park is decorated with an assortment of colourful, large gardens and an assortment of various species of trees. Many of the gardens and trees are tagged and include identification tags.
Free street parking is available in the surrounding streets. The arboretum and park are open year-round.
